....till he is nowhere in sight....!!







Sampai kami buat lumat semua penguasa seperti "dodol kentang" Kerinci
Till we smash all the powers like "mash potatoes" called "dodol kentang Kerinci"...

12.GUNUNG KERINCI / MOUNT KERINCI 3805 mtr

Parkir disini dan seterus jalan kaki naik kira-kira 800 meter ke atas arah gunung Kerinci.
We parked here and we walked further about 800 meters to the direction of Kerinci mountain






Sampah kok ada uang recehnya...?
Eh...ternyata....sesajen...

Persembahan kepada penguasa Kerinci, brupa hasil tani, ubi kayu..
They even offer some ground products like exp. sweet potatoes, cassave..




Setelah mematahkan kuasa dengan mematah-matahkan batang-batang semak-semak yang mengotori pemandangan dan perjalanan para pendaki. Membersihkan semak belukar. Tumen,banner.
Maka bendera tanda kemenangan kami kibarkan didepan portal/tugu gerbang.
We've broken all the curses symbolicly by breaking and cleaning up all the branches, bushes around the port. Spread some tumen, put banners in their proper place.

Pohon kecil selalu tumbuh di dekat pohon besar seperti anak pohon pisang

Cinnamon leaves are red of color. A young tree always grow next to it.Just like a banana tree.The young trees always grow next to the mother tree.

9.GUNUNG KERINCI DILIHAT DARI TELUNG BERASAP

Gunung Kerinci setinggi 3805 meter
Mount Kerinci height is 3805 meter. The third highest after 1.Jayawijaya in papua and 2. Rinjani in NTB

8.AIR TERJUN TELUNG BERASAP

Air Terjun Telun Berasap, dimana di kejauhan terlihat gunung Kerinci. Gunung tertinggi di Sumatera 3805 meter.

Waterfall Telung Berasap. From this location we can see Mount Kerinci height 3805 meter. The highest mountain in Sumatra.

Bagian atas air terjun, seperti danau kecil yg sudah digarami. Kami kira ini air terjunnya.Kenapa pendek??

This is the higher part of the waterfall, like a small lake that has been "salted". We thought this was "the" waterfall. We wondered what is so special about this "short" waterfall?

Ternyata...Ke bawah ada air terjun yg lebih terjal/tinggi lagi. Setinggi kira-kira 100meter. Ada gambar monyet di dinding batu disamping air terjun itu.

What happened was that we walked down hill and found "the real" waterfall. It was so high almost 100 meter.

There was an ape image on the rocks next to the waterfall.

7.KAYU ARO n PERBATASAN PADANG

KAYU ARO daerah dekat perbatasan dengan Padang, Sumatera Barat,di kaki gunung Kerinci.

Ada perkebunan teh peninggalan Belanda dilereng gunung Kerinci.

Kayu Aro location is near the border with West Sumatra,to Padang, at the feet of Kerinci mountain.

There is a tea plantation from the Dutch colonial time.

Kentang 80kg, dimasukkan dalam Karung dari bahan plastik, tipis dan kuat.

Potatoes weight 80kg, in thin strong plastic thread sacks.

Bought some for making fertilizer from dry leaves at home.

Perbatasan dengan Sumatera Barat,ke arah Padang, dekat Telung Berasap,di lihat dari bagian Kabupaten Kerinci.
